Message type: Transactional appointment SMS only: confirmations, cancellations, declines, reschedules, booking updates, and new booking alerts for stylists. No marketing or promotional content.

Opt-in methods: Web booking form (public, no login) and Glamease iOS app account creation. Users do not opt in by texting a keyword.

Opt-in method 1: Public web booking (clients)

Who opts in: Clients booking an appointment with a stylist.

User opens a stylist's public booking page (no account required).
User selects a service, preferred day, and preferred time.
User enters name, mobile phone number, and email.
User reads the SMS disclosure directly below the phone number field (shown before submit).
User taps the booking button. Providing a phone number and submitting the form constitutes consent to receive appointment-related SMS.

Who opts in: Clients creating an account, and stylists creating an account (for new-booking alerts).

Note for reviewers: The iOS app is not publicly browsable. The screenshots and form mockup below show the exact in-app consent flow and disclosure language.

User downloads the Glamease iOS app and taps Create account.
User enters name, email, mobile phone number, and password.
User reads the SMS disclosure directly below the phone number field.
User checks the box agreeing to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
User taps Create account. Providing a phone number and creating the account constitutes consent.
