Each stylist sets a minimum deposit for their services to protect their time and reduce no-shows. You'll see the amount before you confirm. Deposits apply toward your appointment. Exact refund and reschedule rules depend on the stylist's cancellation window, which we surface clearly at booking.
Yes. You'll be able to reschedule or cancel inside the app according to each stylist's policy. We display cancellation windows upfront so there are no surprises.
